
December 8, 2006 – Number 41 Media was awarded a contract to create an e-learning website for IMPACT BC, a non-profit initiative of the Healthy Heart Society of British Columbia. The website will provide physicians, community health professionals, patients and their families with resources, tools, and e-learning modules for health care quality improvement.
“The IMPACT BC project is a natural fit to our portfolio,” says Charles Haigh, Number 41 Media’s director of business development. “Our experience creating health applications and our background in developing award winning not-for-profit websites makes the Healthy Heart Society of BC an ideal client.”
The project is supported by the Ministry of Health, BC’s six health authorities, the British Columbia Medical Association (BCMA) and the BC College of Family Physicians.
