New Technical Writer

Victoria - March 16, 2006 - We have another new face here at the ranch. Rachel Franklin joins us as a technical writer. Rachel has a strong web content background and comes from 8 years at IBM as a content manager, writer and editor.

Originally from Great Britain, Rachel says she’s thrilled to join us at Number 41 Media and will have us speaking “proper” English in no time. Her debut oeuvre is a set of user training manuals for a new accounting application we’re developing for Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
