A great place to work.
We're a small, collaborative team determined to make the best websites and software in the world. We do our very best to make sure we all get the support, education, equipment, space, and balance we need to do interesting, profitable work.
And when we aren’t working, we’re out enjoying Victoria and Vancouver Island. Living here means never being very far from the beach. It means you can ride your bike to work all-year-round and you never (well, almost never) need snow boots. Living in Victoria means you could head up island one morning to snowboard at Mt. Washington for a few hours. Then you could zip over to Tofino and surf all afternoon. You’d be dead tired at the end of the day. But you’d be damn happy.
Random Vancouver Island Facts
- The island (which lies just west of the city of Vancouver, BC) covers 32,134 square kilometers.
- It takes about 10 to 12 hours to drive the island from southern tip to northern, and about five hours to drive across it’s breadth at the widest point.
- It rarely snows in low altitude areas, like Victoria.
- Vancouver Island is home to the Kwakwaka'wakw, Nuu-chah-nulth, and Coast Salish people.
- Ferries to both Vancouver and Seattle take about 90 minutes.

- Define foundational website/web application elements such as the site or application architecture, workflow, and navigation.
- Collaborate with other interaction architects, designers, and developers to design the detailed specifications for website and application functionality.

- Apply user research and usability test findings during the development of user interfaces.
- Accept and provide constructive feedback during formal and informal design reviews.
- Happily participate in quality assurance checks during the build and deploy phases of the project.
